Hello, where are the rest of the videos to vote? I only see three schools videos in your "vote the school video contest".
Thank you!

Hi Daniela,

We are having some technical difficulties trying to upload all the videos to our blog. For now, we will remove the 3 videos and post all the videos once we figure out the issue. I will keep you posted.

Thank you!

Hello, could you please be so kind to sinc the audio and the video of the clip from Santa Fe, NM? On vmetv.com, you can hear the sound 1 second before you see the image. Thank you!

It is not clear how to vote. By viewing the video, is that counted as a vote? If I choose to look at the other videos, am I voting for those, too? How often can I vote?

Hello,

You can view all the videos, as many times as you'd like. When you decide what video is your favorite, you can scroll down and check the box next to the name of the school that submitted your favorite video. You can vote one time. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Can we vote one time per day or just one time?

Hi Sharon,

You can only vote once.

Hi Sharon,

I tried to vote for McKinley School's video, but could not. How can we vote?

The server was down the whole Sunday and a lot of people haven't being able to vote. Is it possible to add one more day?
Thank you.

I've sent the link to several people and they are unable to vote, they are only seeing the results. Is there an issue with the system?

Hello,

Voting has been extended one more day. Last day to vote will be tomorrow. Good luck!

Hi Amy,

Regarding the voting system: if the person who got the link to the website is on the same network as one who already voted, he/she won't be able to vote, b/c the IP address gets registered on the voting system at a moment the first person sent her/his vote. They need to vote from their houses, or other networks.

Please let me know if this helps and if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you for adding one more day. Unfortunately, this looks like the teachers who have more facebooks or twitter friends will win. :( Either way, my kids enjoyed a lot the video they created.
Gracias a la editorial Santillana por este interesante concurso y por su generosidad con el mismo. Como español, estoy orgulloso que una compañia de mi país esté haciendo algo de esta envergadura.
