  • El imperfecto progresivo se forma: ESTAR (imperfecto) + GERUNDIO (-ing)
  • Describe una acción en progreso en el pasado.

- Cuando Andrés llegó a la casa, Ana estaba peinándose para salir.

 

  • Los pronombres de objeto directo e indirecto pueden colocarse delante de ESTAR o se pueden añadir al GERUNDIO.
