Después de casi nueve meses de arduo trabajo, se acercan las vacaciones de verano y muchos ya comienzan a prepararse para los exámenes finales. La ansiedad invade tanto a estudiantes como a maestros. Ambos grupos con sus propias preocupaciones e incertidumbres, empiezan a sentir el agotamiento físico y mental propio de aquellos que hemos puesto todo nuestro empeño para que este año escolar haya sido memorable. A continuación, les comparto algunas ideas para afrontar estos días tan ajetreados.
