Teacher’s Components
This program uses a content-based approach to help students acquire content knowledge, skills, and English literacy through civics education and citizenship. It's goal is to:
- Build content-area vocabulary
- Provide migrant students with the knowledge and skills to become informed citizens
- Develop a basic understanding of geography and U.S. history
- Motivate students with high-interest activities and educational games
